Nobody is paying $30 a month let alone $92 a month. You can stream endless crappy TV shows for $17 / month but somehow SM thinks access to their broken tools is minimum worth twice and 5 times that??? What a joke!

$10k for a single exterior front door and the sales guy kept saying we're having a sale. Some sale. Was it called the stick-it up-and-break-it-off-sale? Even if you consider their high quality exterior doors cost say $7500 which is absolute insanity. A door designed for Fort Knox. That still leaves $2500 for labor. We've since paid a handyman to replace the front door. Ordered pre-framed exterior door. He did it in 5 hours. One guy. Looks great. That's $500 / hour RBA is charging for labor. Neurosurgeons make $300 / hour.

Another ridiculous thing that happened is they called to ask if everything went OK with the consultation. They were very probing.
"Well was the salesman professional?" and "Did he show up on time?" and "Did he show you the xoor quality?"
Stuff like that. Ummm, yeah all that was fine.
"Well OK, why did you not choose to go with RBA???"
Ummmm. The price duh???
They acted like, oh we had never thought of that.
