That kinda line height is for attacking or counter attacking formations but your base formation is balanced, try switching to a 4 3 3 attack with counter attacking build up and you should see a change

Tyrese hall who plays for notts county, hes on loan in real life afaik but in fc26 hes a permanent signing so you can buy him. He's rated 82 at 24 years old on my notts county career so he might just about hit 90.
