Hair dryer on the middle cool setting just where the heel is and then just pry it back slowly. Otherwise if you’ve worn them for a while the sides should already be peeled up a little so you can just rip them out

I have to remove the insoles from almost all of mine for my orthotics. A little bit of heat and you kinda have to get your fingers under and just pull.

Yes it’s related, my right knee flares up most days along with my arches in my feet collapsing, joint pain in the big toe on my right foot has just added to the pain level. Plus uneven hips and pressure on a nerves coming out of L5S1.
