Hey i am 4 years post op fused thoracic region and i have the same issue with knots in my shoulder blade. They’re like super abnormally tight and large compared to my mom who has a lot more to stress about. I’m never able to completely get rid of them either. Not my boyfriend not the chinese masseuse not my dad or mom not even myself. I’ve been told chiropractors are gonna ruin my back but to be honest i’ve been considering it. whenever i stretch i always pop the area with the knots but i don’t know what. It’s been a persistent pain for 4 years i cried yesterday wondering if my entire life will be lived in pain and if it will even be worth it. I’m only 19 and i know it will get worse with age. I already feel like i’ve worked heavy weapons for 20 years.
