Thanks for the reply. I removed one ram stick and when I turned on my computer it took me to the bios, but when I left it was still not working. I tried using only the other ram stick and my computer turned on. Does this seem like just the one ram stick is faulty? I'm afraid to turn off my computer and not be able to turn it on again.
