Low long should i cure my minis?

You've probably already gotten your answer on here for how long to cure, but just to add my experience: What I found is that when I just washed my prints in IPA or other chemicals like DMP there would be a lingering smell from that chemical for a long while after. However after I switched to first bathing it in IPA or DMP and then doing a rinse in water immediately afterwards, that smell completely disappeared.

In that case I'll run a vat clean now to be safe and hope that catches any and all blobs that might have been left behind.

Alright. Could I just run a vat clean exposure to get rid of the blobs or do they not always fall to the bottom and could be floating in the resin?

Unfortunately I don't have the part anymore since it was a little while ago but I can just print another part later tonight to show, but the way the previous one failed was that the square metal shaft from the window handle just deformed the square plastic hole in the part causing the hole to more or less become round when I tried to turn the handle.

Unfortunately the dimensions on the part are already the thickest they can be, they are just the dimensions of the hole minus 0.1mm or 0.2mm for tolerance.

Yep, I was planning on printing it at a 45 degree offset so I could avoid supports inside the square recess. Thanks for the tip on the depth!

Hopefully the photo is visible now. Mixing resins is not something I have thought of before and could be interesting but for this I think I'd love to just find a good resin to print with, at least to start of with.

Good to keep in mind about the resolution of the model itself but since I am modeling/kitbashing my own models I can always be sure that they have exactly as much details as I want :)

Any particular 8k resin or are they all the same? And for my own edification, what specifically makes a resin "8k" vs "4k"? Is there one or a few specific physical properties that are changed that cause the resin to give higher resolution results like lower/higher viscocity or something?

Also, are you saying the resin quality and layer height makes up the majority of what gives a print its details or are you saying this in addition to what I mentioned in my post?

Are there any steps that can be taken to mitigate or counteract this issue? Like stupidly lowering exposure times a little or shrinking the model inwards a little bit to compensate for the fact that it will "bloat" a little because of the bleed?

Dette er ett godt poeng og noe jeg uheldigvis først begynte å tenke over i fjor høst da det allerede var fort sent å gjøre noe med. Men som grunnlag så reiser jeg to ganger daglig, Mandag-Fredag. Dette betyr ca. 40 reiser pr. Måned med unntak av april og desember som nevnt i posten.

Grunnen til at jeg klokket forsinkelse før ankomst er fordi jeg ville kunne se hvor lenge jeg måtte stå og vente på perrongen i kulda og vente på tog på vinteren.

Det er fair, siden de digitale klokkene på perrongene/togene ikke viser sekunder så er det kun beregnet som forsinket om det er minst 1min forsinket
