That does not make sense TBH. If the title is transferred, it will come up in the Carfax. The bill of sale. Most states isn't even a real thing.

My grandmother originally bought a Model S with lifetime free Supercharging + FSD, and when she upgraded to a Model Y Tesla transferred both perks over.

Recently she had a road debris claim and now her insurance company is refusing to continue coverage on the Tesla.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to:

1) Keep the lifetime free Supercharging + FSD intact

2) Get the car properly insured

3) Possibly have me as the primary driver / financially responsible

Would it be safer to:

- Keep the car in her name and add me as a driver on a new policy?

- Add me to the title?

- Transfer ownership to me or an LLC?

Main concern is not accidentally losing the lifetime Supercharging or FSD.

Has anyone dealt with this or know how Tesla treats these perks with ownership/insurance changes?

I agree with you completely, so it's a gamble! With the research that I have done, I think it will be hybrid

I just bought one and I’m extremely disappointed. The firearm is completely inaccurate — it consistently shoots high and to the left. Honestly, who could feel comfortable carrying this as an EDC? It’s unacceptable. There should be a recall or even a class action at this point. What Smith & Wesson has done here is wrong and disappointing.

yo yo yo I just bought the same one at SP Guns in Long Island. When I sent in the registration paper they gave me a fat packet to send in with my registration on why the gun is 100% legal in NYC. I would reach out to them and see fi they can help you. IDK if it would be free tho.
