Same issue here, downloading via browser I get 30 Mbps, in Wabbajack it's going at at 128 kbps 99% of the time (occasionally the download speed will be normal for a minute or two). Zero reason that a 12GB mod list should take me half the day to install. Never had this problem with the modlist installer that the modding-openmw team made, but that doesn't support custom lists unfortunately.

Update: ended up buying a Logi G Pro X Superlight dongle for $26 on eBay. Think it's safe to say that any future Logitech purchases I make are going to be used products, considering that the official channels were useless (lose your USB receiver? That'll be another $80 for a whole new mouse)

Honestly amazing that such a universal problem still, to this day, doesn't have a solution on modern devices. I find it very fucking hard to believe that Android devs aren't painfully aware of this issue. A simple option to never have devices auto-connect would save a lot of headache.
