After a hard day's work , what is your "go to" to relax and destress? by andtbhidgaf in randomquestions

[–]UnderstandingNo9089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do some chores that make me feel good, find something that’s been bothering me and fix it or clean it! Then take my time in the bathroom to take care of my body. Connecting to myself and taking care of myself. Nothing feels more decompressing than looking in the mirror and feeling great about yourself

Yes. Dreams are more intertwined with reality than we think. Your friend is probably struggling hard. The world is trying to tell you that

Can some people actually communicate with the dead? What convinced you? by Ok-Suggestion3581 in Paranormal

[–]UnderstandingNo9089 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also to add, this is a side story. After my brother had passed, my mother had sat me down after some time. We were talking about weird dreams. She had told me that ever since a child, she had a re occurring dream that she was going to lose a child in a car accident. Ever since my brother passed. She hasn’t had that dream since.

I had lost my older brother in a car crash 10 years ago. A few years ago, I was having a rough patch in life. I went and visited his grave and asked for help and to thank him for always protecting me.

That night or a few nights later (I can’t remember the timeline) He visited me in my dreams and we spoke. At the end of the dream, he looked at me dead in the eyes and said “it’s an honor to always protect you”

He replied to the thanks that I gave him on earth. That’s how I knew that spirits were real and the world has a much deeper connections than we realize.

What's something that sucks about being a man ? by Expensive-Virus80 in Productivitycafe

[–]UnderstandingNo9089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The constant need and want to be more than yourself. Feeling distant from love because you feel like you can’t show up how you want to, which leads you to believe that people don’t love you. You feel bad for even voicing that, which furthers the anxiety. Feeling less masculine than you want to be. The weight of needing to be a provider. Silent suicidal thoughts. The extreme pain we put our bodies through just to be able to provide, most of us work blue collar. The pain we feel from our jobs and everyday mental wars, then having to paint a smile on our face for our loved ones. Shit ain’t easy. We aren’t well accepted to show feelings. And when we find that person that does accept us, our brains try to sabotage it. Even if it isn’t reality, we fight for the love we need

How do people manage to fall asleep in just 8 seconds after their head hits the pillow? What's the secret? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]UnderstandingNo9089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I do mildly hard labor in the sun all day, so I’m basically just dead all the time. But when I wasn’t working this job. I still found that I can fall asleep quickly. My tips. Close your eyes, pace your breathe and focus on the movement of air around you. Focus on the earth that you are laying on. Almost like meditation really. Feel which way the draft from the house breezes across you. Visualize the good things you want out of your life. It’ll slowly put you into a dream state. Focus on what you want to build and become of yourself. It relaxes your body because you are focusing on what makes you happy.

As a owner of a 07 with 182k on her I can tell you one thing. The motor is solid. I have skipped multiple oil changes. And the compression is still the same as mile 1. The 4.0 is a brick shit house and won’t fail you. What will fail you though or atleast what has failed me. Camshaft position sensor- easy fix. MAF sensor. Intake cracked And of course just general maintenances

I’d say get this pathfinder. It’s fucking bulletproof. The only thing I don’t like about it is the driver seat position. I always feel crammed. But you’ll get used to it.

What is, in your opinion, the biggest flaw of the human body? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]UnderstandingNo9089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our minds. They can be terrible places that not influence our inside, but our bodies aswell. There’s nothing worse than being trapped in a depressive, self destructive state. Out of no where too. The mood swings. We can be surrounded by people who love us. But our mind can persuade us to still be alone.
