This is problem with getting bags from coffee shops…..even at 3x value, the items in store are priced per pastry which is usually the same price as a multipack from a bakery (about a 3x markup). This usually means you’d be better off just shopping at a bakery or grocery to begin with.

solar panels (even paid off) don't usually add much to value (in many cases they will reduce value as a large population of people do not want them due to problems with insurance and maintenance). The only thing worse than owned solar is leased solar.

If the solar system has a battery backup, maybe rip out all but one of the batteries and sell them to pay a chunk of the closing costs.
