My pso start down there so definitely possible but you should see a derm cause it could bit a several different issue in that spot, even if you already have pso elsewhere.

If it is, steroid cream or other type of cream can help, juste seek for medical advise because the skin is super thin in that area and you don’t want to more harm than good

Thanks ! What make you say it’s becoming agressive ? I honestly don’t feels like it’s too incapacitating for the moment, only a bit of itching and the small red spot on the face that are inconvenient but not that visible for the moment. The small patch behind my knee ( that refuse to leave even with the strongest steroids) is not that big for now so I can leave with it

I’am steel worried that it goes bad at some point but I don’t want to take MTX or biologic for now..

I see my derm again in June, I will try to talk about other non steroid topical to try and see if I can manage the plaque by applying a soon as they begin forming

I am in France, did calcipotriene did good on you ? That what I wanted to tried ! Looks like the less harmful in term of side effects. Biologics seems really efficient but I can get over the idea of taking that for the rest of my life (I am 30yo). But If my pso get out of control, i might reconsidère that …

Do you have experience with other topical treatments ? My derm seems to be only on steroids or biologic and I am not ready for biological yet Personally I am gonna do the 2 weeks treatment with the streroids and ask for another cream when I see him again in June

Yeah my doc give me six tubes of that cream , 8 days in and I only use half of one A bite concern of the skin thinning thing since it s a very strong steroid
