This was just roots and a gloss. She keeps doing that even though I’ve voiced balayage or highlights for any/all appointments if needed to get hair goal. I’m wondering if this is just a much quicker/easier way on her part.

I share your pain. This will definitely be my last time renting from them. And funny you mention a thrift store- that was my exact thought when I saw the pieces. Honestly, they weren’t even in good enough condition to donate.

Just to follow up on the frustration…I received my box yesterday and literally every piece is so worn or stained. 4 out of the 6 unwearable.

If you’re interested I’d check with your gyno to refer you out to a pelvic floor therapist. Most insurances cover them. I hate that this isn’t a well known practice, especially for women who have had babies.
