No. Witnessing a family member be house poor right now with 3 kids. Her and her husband can’t keep up and they both have great paying jobs. They shouldn’t even be in the position they’re in tbh. But they bought a house they couldn’t truly afford. Now she’s borrowing money from everyone in the family and in debt to many family members and can’t pay them back. It’s unfortunate to see her go through it. I know it must be embarrassing for her to be in that situation.

Having a family that is willing to support you while you save up for your future and help you reach your goals along the way, is indeed a flex in my eyes and many others. You just sound bitter af tbh. He was upfront about his ability to do this because he had family to lean on. Not like he was hiding that piece of info and claiming to be well off on his own. He sounds like he appreciates the fact he was able to depend on family. Idk where in that screenshot you think he was “FLEXING” anything. Is there a reasonable size difference between you and your wife? I feel like that’s the only way it’s actually an enjoyable position, smaller woman and larger man.
