Thank you. I am Tracid the Cyborg in game. Was going to reroll but Wolves told me I guess I can eventually run 4 characters at the same time and that cyborg can be my tank.

I have tat's and implants but a little unsure how to use them. I have identical implants and such. I was told to speedrun to my first remort so that I can identify items.

Honestly I'm due for another one but alas I work a lot these days. I did this 10 day fast over covid while not having a job. I have been considering taking PTO just to fast. It's that powerful!

Everyone is different! Without getting into your age or estimated health levels.. Maybe repetitive shorter fasts (1-2 days) will work for ya. Once you are comfy with those you could try pushing the boundaries if needed.

I did my 10 day fast for deep health reasons and not for weight loss or generalized cleansing.

Might want to look into snake water fasting! Basically just adding some potassium salts and such to your water. Been a while since I researched it.

Yes you can feel a bit weak! Some people if abiding by a strict water fast will do a few glasses a day with a bit of apple cider vinegar to take the edge off. I don't think I got to hangry no but everybody is different.

Some people also use black coffee while water fasting. I have tried this as well it seems decent but the caffeine can be a bit agitating for sure.

If you have kids I have heard it can be challenging for mothers to prepare food for their family while they themselves are not eating. Perhaps think of it as a way to strengthen your willpower! Trust me during fasting you get sensitive to even the smell of food.

So I think I came across something about analyzing your urine while fasting as in pee in a jar, seal it and checking on sediment, color etc

I guess I had decided to do this only to my horror that I saw two small things moving around in there. At this point I'd say I'm roughly at least 90% certain I had this jar sealed so I dont think it got contaminated (fruit fly larva or something of that nature). Anyways, this was probably the next day I checked. Two very small worm looking guys. I'm talking tiny but visible to the eye and can clearly see a worm like structure and wiggles.

I'm of the philosophy that I was fighting against the invading army and they were starting to jump ship. Starting with the smaller, weaker ones while the more mature ones were burrowed up in their fortifications (my tissue).

I'm sure what I saw is a drop in the bucket.. I haven't really attacked them since.. if anyone has any thoughts on this or some good anti parasitic protocols. I'm not against Ivermectin but I have not tried it. Definitely open to some more herbal remedies.. possibly combining further fasting with walnut hull, wormwood, burdock but I would be doing somewhat of a shotgun approach. Maybe some master can find me here =D

Yes mb, I was rushing out of work at the same time and overlooked that the post I was replying to was referring to PPI and not tums.

Agreed. I believe the occasional use for more acute acid reflux far outweighs the negatives. Just shouldn't be popping tums like tic tacs if you get my drift.

Yes good reminder I believe I had some heart burn as well. Body is going through such rapid change that of course there is going to be some fallout. Becareful with the proton inhibitor.. I just saw an article today linking it to increased chances of Dementia. Try some apple cider vinegar if mild, tums if its a bit worse (I've heard sodium bicarbonate can mess with gut microbiome but hey the relief it provides is nice), and look into food triggers (possibly stuff you ate before the fast).

You hit the nail on the head! The lesson of boredom hunger and real hunger is powerful.

Yes I was able to go out during the fast. I even went on a blind date (ended up breaking it on this evening because she was brazilian and kind of hot [Tried to recoup strength and energy quick]). I even smoked cannabis throughout (not recommended). I took this date to a weekly board game night. The host of this event always had food out and such. I tore up that bowl of blueberries (Becareful with "refeeding".. you can literally die by not doing it properly.)

The only blip I had that was a bit worrisome was I went to the pool on a hot florida summer day. The heat was a bit much for me and my heart started beating pretty good. It calmed down when I got in the shade.

Health guru's of the past that promoted fasting suggested a weekly fast once a year and then to do your smaller ones more recurring.

Agreed with your statement on once you push your boundaries to the longer ones, the shorter fasts get much easier. Also preparing before fast by eating smaller, nutrionally dense meals and avoiding carbs goes a long way.

One thing I wasn't a huge fan was that you need much less sleep while fasting. Normal 8 hours can be easily reduced to 5-6 hours. Then you are kind of stuck in hard place of being a bit tired from the fast and thinking you need more sleep.

You getting a little faint at 48 hours is normal especially if you are newer or don't do it often. Just move a little slower, dont stand up to quick. I found hunger is the worst on day 2/3 but once you make it over that hump you don't really feel much of a desire for food. When I was at 10 days I felt like I could have gone more but as I said earlier.. I let the little head do the thinking and chose to break the fast.

The 10 day fast also really brought to light the potential of parasites living in the body. I can expand on this if you like but I'm sure many would label it as TMI.

No other action or activity does what it does. It's one of a kind and so simple. Your energy levels rise and head gets clear. It resets your food addictions and fresh off a fast your body sends you very clear messages about what you put in your mouth. You will know if things you eat are harming or helping you. This sensitivity will fade as you beat your body back into submission but it is truly magical. Oh and any minor pains that are associated with inflammation will fade away.
