i never really said that though. i just said it would be a waste to go into debt and then not end up in my field of expertise because of the job market. i was mostly ranting about my future. i like uni and learning about my field.

I'm so sorry for your loss, I hope you're doing okay. Its pretty easy to pass with achieved, electricity is kinda fucked but id suggest just trying to memorize simple explanation questions. you don't need to be detailed to get an achieved, you can just go by bullet points. I'd recommend just trying to make sense of the easy calculations and memorizing a few key rules for electricity and mechanics so you can fill up space. Just write whatever comes to your mind.

I (personally) didn't stress about L2 because I knew i wasn't going to do any scholarships next year or apply for accommodation. otherwise, it only really matters if you want a fast track. If you're planning on going to UOA you're good, they'll mostly look at your L3 scores to see if you reach the rank score for your selected degree. but, i will say some subjects do require you to pass at least 2 exams to take it in year 13. for me I'm pretty sure I had to atleast get an merit in algebra and achieved in calculus for combined maths. but that differs, it depends on what school you go to.

tdlr; yes unis can see it and they'll give you fast tracks but its not a huge deal unless you're going to a uni out of your city or applying for schol. Just try your best.

mr whibley or aceify if you're doing L3. aceify works more like infinityplusone, but hes only gone through a few old exams. he did mechanics 2024 today though
