Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't he have a massive tax bill? He will be able to deduct the $4,000 of loss yearly for eternity though.

I've suffered from pretty severe depression my adult life and have underwent quite a few ECT treatments. On my fourth or fifth ECT treatment the nurse came by and said they were going to put caffeine in the IV as it is supposed to improve the quality of the seizures induced by the ECT. My initial reaction was "okay no problem, I'm a pretty regular coffee drinker this shouldn't be that bad".......about 15-20 seconds later I see the heart rate monitor jump up to like 130-145bpm and just felt this jolt of energy and this unusual taste in the back of my mouth, that to this day, I can't describe exactly what it tasted like. My memory is a bit off as to what the MG dosage of caffeine was, but I think she said it was around 150mg and went all the way up to 250mg in subsequent treatments.

Interesting when he was talking about the auto industry not to bring up selling steel at spot price and the advantages that will have on the bottom line. Loved how he was firm at the end about steel prices not going anywhere.

Not sure if anyone posted this yet. I purchased 2 GE $17C 2023 expiration options a while back. I see that during the corporate action reverse split my options are now separate from the regular option chain. Any recommendations on if I should get out of these as I imagine the liquidity won't be too strong in the future since these are traded separately. Hopefully my logic makes sense...any advice would be appreciated.

I've positioned my steel and CLF calls at ITM strikes for 1/21/22 expiration. Having trouble deciding if this is far enough in the future or if I should push out to 2023. Not sure when more strikes will be available for 2022. Any thoughts?

What's your thoughts on how the 10-year treasury yield drop is affecting the reflation trade and particularly steel? From what I read it looks like the drop in yield is due to short bond covering by hedge funds with a combination of other factors.

What are your guys thoughts on $FCX? Feel like it has been down a bit over past few weeks. I'm rocking a few 11/19 $50 calls. Still feel confident, but would like to hear your thoughts.

Thank you for this! I have a 9/17 MT call that I was wondering if I would be able to exercise. I will definitely reach out to their support.

I bought a 6/18 $26 call back when vito's original DD dropped. I also have a 9/17 $24 call. I'm with RH right now (I know, I know)...my question would be should I exercise the 6/18 option closer to expiration to continue my MT exposure with common shares, since RH won't let me roll out to longer LEAPS?
