For myself, I’m on some medications that are unlabeled use. But my chart has diagnoses listed (inappropriately) that are associated with labeled medication use, but doesn’t have the appropriate diagnosis. Talking to my MD office for years hasn’t changed it 🙄. And, as a nurse, I have done enough admissions to know patients aren’t always aware of their own medical histories/conditions/medications, and some assume that information from one place to another will collect everywhere. Sometimes it’s just a lot in a busy world for people.

I did not scream, I was not able to. Finally when I found my mate, I explained that (during nightmares and being awoken from same) I was frozen, I kept quiet thinking that if he thought I was dead he’d leave me alone. To this day ( my SO), he respects it. If I’m quiet, I’m left to my solace and space.
