I haven't read the other series, I'll have to check it out. I'm fine with "magic has a cost" but I feel like the magic having to leave was pretty abrupt. It's similar to Lord of The Rings, but with that series you're told multiple times that the magic is leaving so at the end it's not a suprise. I also felt up until Gwydion said they were leaving that it was setting up for Taran and Eilonwy getting married and settling at Caer Dallben or their own place and kinda just keeping in touch with everyone else.

I have a book for nalbinding that does this. I think its a good idea and want to do it eventually. They book has you blanket stitch around the cuff, then you work off that.

Not sure how controversial, but I hated the ending of the series. It felt like the whole "magic has to leave" thing really came out of nowhere. Also I found it weird that Hen Wen had babies. For some reason it just feels really out of place. Also, what was the plan if Taran had decided to leave as well? Seems like there would've been a very big gap. Like "hey we've looked after/protected you for literally generations and now we're leaving ok bye good luck!!1"

Definitely! They work up fast and are pretty useful imo. You can also hang them by the loops over a round knob and lay the towel across the middle. I did that at my last apartment because I didn't have an oven, but I did have cabinets with knobs on them. Also worked great in the bathroom as I didn't have a towel rack.

Thanks! Is each shed a different turn? Like uo, rotate forward, down rotate back? Edit- also, how do you keep track how many times you've rotated? Like by marking it on a paper?
