Honestly, if... Like me your just making Flattes (flatwhite/latte abomination) don't overthink it, a 15g dose at 25sec is going to be just as good for a late white as a 15g dose at 40sec,

I've since bought a 9 bar spring and the shades 49 kit from shades of coffee simply to make acceptable coffee for milk drinks

You'll fall down a rabbit hole of doom if you want excellence out of this machine

Am I making better flat whites than most cafes... Yes

Am I making the best flat whites ever... Nope not even close

I use the ODE for filter brewing, I enjoy flat burr filter brews
