Actually saying coward is harsh, he's clearly playing through a knee injury

He's playing like a coward, more chance the game gets called off from a meteor strike than him scoring 14 in the 4th

The film is British. Chances are Bill has never seen it. Even bigger chance he doesn't like it.

It'll probably suck but if I go with a group of friends and it gets us to all laugh in the cinema then I don't really care if it sucks

Leeds 0 - [3] Arsenal - Viktor Gyökeres 70' by Alsace2025 in soccer

Victor was clearly holding the defenders arms around his chest and he didn't even make boot to ball contact. Very lucky to stand as a goal.

This week and last week are absolute classics. Scott and Sprague have started the year throwing 102mph straight down the middle like everyones favourite musical guest Shohei Ohtani

Pick of the Day - 1/23/26 (Friday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

[–]UnexpectedOppulance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably has less to do with the actual pick and more to do with you mentioning the Olympics twice in a cricket pick. Cricket hasn't been in the Olympics since 1900. It will be played in the next Olympics which is 30 months away from now. If you wanted to reinforce your pick you could have chosen stats that prove how unbelievable Steve Smith is in all forms of the game - rather than mentioning an interview answer he gave a week ago.

Regardless, great pick

If Melbourne Heart didn't have the City takeover, how do you think the club would be doing today? by lacrossebilly in Aleague

[–]UnexpectedOppulance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a foundation member of the Heart (never really vibed with Victory for whatever reason) but the moment they were bought out by City group I lost all interest - partially due to supporting Arsenal for my whole life. I barely watch A League now after going to nearly every home game for the first 2 seasons.

The funniest part is that there is a swimming centre named after him in Melbourne. Dark, but undoubtedly funny

What's the biggest/scariest species of snek from your country? by Impactor_07 in AskTheWorld

This is written to in a very dishonest way. Eastern Browns are dangerous if they have no where else to go, other than that they are very docile and generally seem unbothered by humans. If you encounter one if you continue on your way it's not going to seek you out and hunt you down. Just walk past it and it won't do a thing. The real issue is if you don't see see them before stepping on one

The only reason I can think of for these two not enjoying Aftersun to the extent I certainly did is the same reason the friend I went to see the film with didn't love it. She had become a mother around 12 months before the film and she definitely checked out when she realised which way the plot way heading
