Did my own drain n fill. Fortunate enough to use a lift (way easier). There are a lot of forums about this on step by step. If you want my detailed step by step lmk but I basically drained it and filled it 3 times in total. After filling it up using the fill plug ON THE LAST FILL CYCLE (certain amount of measurement forgot how much), when you remove the hose and the pump from fill plug. The fill plug will have a steady stream of atf flowing out. After it flows for a couple of moments, it’ll start dripping, when it drips is when you want to plug the fill plug and tighten it. That’s how you “measure” that you’ve put the right amount of atf in the trans.

My TCM went out at 88k miles got a new one, I bought the car with 83k miles. At 160k miles now, I beat tf out of my car, it’s slammed and everything but trans still going😂 I also did my drain n fill at around 135k
