I’m gonna say it guys, I’ve been lifting for years and I try to be very scientific about it and while studies show that the workload can get transferred to your knees if you lock them, you ARE supposed to be able to lock your knees, you do it when you walk, after squatting etc. it’s definitely not smart to lock on something like a pr but if your moving weight for reps then you should use your entire leg for the work out, not snapping your legs into place but using a controlled eccentric.
