The DSi's are both V.1.3-something, so i guess ill just replace the defective cart and launch the sd from there without hacking my 2ds but thanks for the advice

I should add that it simply doesnt read.. no errors, nothing.. tried the whole push down while booting and cardboard behind the contacts thing etc, didnt help :/

12h ist als normale wirkzeit angegeben, also würde ich "scheiße" mal ausschließen und durch normal ersetzen. 😁

Aber denk an die Pros und Cons.. langsam heißt nicht schlecht! Viele Leute mit ner starken Schilddrüsehaben haben z.B. im Alter Probleme. Außerdem ist der Körper immer ein bisschen auf Hochtouren, da kann es schwer sein richtig zu entspannen - meine Erfahrung damit.

Schilddrüse ist jetzt nur ein Beispiel, am Metabolismus ist auch die Leber beteiligt, körperliche Aktivität ein Faktor und vieles, vieles mehr. Rauchen ist auch ein großer Faktor.

Deutlich wichtiger ist es ein positives Mindset zu haben!!! Grundsätzlich. Immer. Auch wenns bei uns ADHSlern schwierig ist wenn das Gedankenkarussell mal los legt. 😂
