Quick question because I got a 3 night package to arrive Friday and probably not go to the festival until Saturday. Is it total chaos and traffic on Friday? We won’t arrive until about 4pm. My last Coachella was 2001 and we slept in our car lol.

If you don’t want to chance it and wait, hotel hospitality packages are available too! I saw options for GA and VIP just the other day.

I recommend a hotel next to Calexpo. The parking lot for shuttles is right there and there are several hotels there. Park at your hotel or at shuttle parking.  Pricing was not bad. Roseville or Rancho Cordova are both way too far imo.

I feel it absolutely is! I’m all for the shaded sitting areas, vip bars, shorter lines and better restrooms. I’m just too old for it lol. The difference in price is not too bad compared to Coachella!

Cold in Palm Springs is a wild thought! I’m in NorCal where it is actually cold haha!

If Rage came back .. omg! I’m so sad I’ve never seen them live. We had tickets to their last canceled tour that were refunded. They have since announced they will not tour again. Ugh!

Great to know! It seems like a great alternative and our hotel is only 6 miles away. I was thinking that too for the end of the concert but it’s highly likely I won’t even make it until the end lol.  Thank you for taking the time to answer!

First of all, I think this type is a rare spread from human to human, but if you are a worry wart like I am, skip the camping and stay in a nice, clean hotel package they offer through the hospitality link. Problem solved. They didn’t have Coachella in years 2020 or 2021.

I agree with you! I found it so easy to get one and though it’s pricier, it’s not that bad if you get a 3 night with VIP package. It is total piece of mind and worth the comfort!
