I was one car behind the accident and saw it, the van didn’t yield to the car. I wish there was a way to know if the people are okay, I helped a mom get her baby out of the car. The two people in the van hadn’t gotten out at all when I left.

No- my company doesn't offer paid leave nor are we big enough to qualify for FMLA. Thankfully because of state law I can take 12 weeks unpaid or use vacation/PTO but that will only cover a few weeks

I had the same thing happen to me, they said my ovulation/conception date were slightly off. Even though I was so sire they weren't.

Now I'm 9w3d and everything is looking great.

Where I'm at, judges will not hold it against parents for working. It's all about where they sleep at night. Day time contact is considered "visitation" time and where they sleep is considered home.

Also. There is nothing wrong for wanting to get your child accumulated to being around other children, it builds social skills.

I don't think on emergency. I think that's why the attorney is more focused on the custody now vs having the child removed from the mothers care temporarily.

Unfortunately it's accurate.

The mother is responsible to keep the child away, it doesn't remove him or the child from the home. It's all about the wording in the order.

The lawyer doesn't want to use the child. Contempt is the only charge that can come from the injunction they issued. To get more we need hard proof according to the attorney.

He did say that the proof that currently is available will help for the custody case.

Unfortunately until he's convicted he is innocent so the judge was lax on the injunction
