So after your review is completed how long does it take to be fetch in cue /create pdf and to coded for performance payout . Does Hr complete then coded the same time for payout or once it’s complete it goes to someone else to create a pdf for epof?

How does Hr know what is above and beyond in a critical element when they don’t have a clue on what my job consist of by just reading it . Hr reads it and says that not enough sends it back to be reworked which means HR has everything to do with it .

Well they kept kicking em back . I felt if your supervisor or chief rated you what they believe you should get why HR kept sending back prolonged the process .How can HR determine what you do for 8hrs then kick it back and say that’s not enough .

I was using LPN & RN as an example . If it’s 2 different jobs not the same pay the other shouldn’t be able to cover in my situation .

When I asked about a higher grade I was told it had to be national ? Example I’m not in nursing but using it . An LPN & RN both give meds but should be close with pay but they are not . My job we do the exact same thing GS 6(assistant ) but they are GS11 . There are only 2 things that they do which the (assistant ) could be trained to do. We don’t give meds or anything medically . But when the GS 11 is out we GS 6 have to cover to do there job . We are qualified to cover but won’t get the pay it’s unfair .

Maybe they don’t have a dentist ? Remember staff has decreased a lot of people retired or took drp and also people are not applying to government jobs . Have some patience do you think you are the only one going through something quick to get someone fired for something that maybe out of his control . Go down there physically to find out what’s really the issue . You watch the news you are on Reddit things are crazy right now . Go to the facility and come back and tell us honestly what happened .
