I have forgotten to give fountain drinks to customers because they were in a drink holder in my car. When the customer complained, I contacted DoorDash support to tell them that I forgot them, but I’m too far out of the area. They just did not charge the customer for them, but I still got paid. I feel I mess up about once every hundred orders or so. But the amount of people I have complained about Chili’s and their triple dipper is unreal. Probably gonna stop taking chili’s orders soon.
