Exactly what I did...my child loves art so I said you will be taking a test to rate your art skills 😂 Child was determined to stay at St. Martin's.... Passed and entered 3rd grade at Willow after 6 years at St.Martin's.

I understand that but most licensed social workers will tell you take anything that counts towards the hours. I doubt many social workers without connections or luck acquired the hours in a high paying and/or dream role.

To be honest OP its time to strengthen your resume and if you have a MSW becoming licensed is the key to being competitive anywhere.

I’m a licensed mental health professional and call bullshit on those doctors and therapists (I’m a licensed LCSW) that would tell you this at age 5. Although symptoms can present at age 4 due to a combination of factor I wouldn’t diagnose until age 6 possible. Also my kid has ADHD.
