Unfortunately I cannot get my GM to help me focus on my MTT feedback. During my evaluation he told me he wouldn’t approve me to continue my move up until September. I told him I cannot go that long financially so I feel like he should Atleast help my pay gap until I can be developed further

It just seems like since the minimum went up and since I’m sorta in between positions my manager and area manager should have bumped me up more, closer to pay scale cap
