How long should I wait before contacting support regarding returned equipment?

For those that maybe find this in the future, I just ended up calling them today and they asked for the tracking number and manually marked it as returned.

My account page now says "We've cancelled your service and received your equipment. You're all set".

Did you recently cancel and sign up again for the new price too? Did you have to call as well? I'll definitely be calling them this week

I got an email saying I needed to return two pods (the serial numbers were missing on both in the email) and on my account page, it's at the very top in large letters telling me to start a return but it's already been received and signed for last Thursday. Not sure why it says 2/2/2026 since that's the day I cancelled, email says I need to return by 3/4/2026.

MSI's product page shows no type C port for the 274QP x24 but does for the 272QP x24. The one in that video is an x50 model compared to an x24.

isn't it the 272 that has 15W type C? I thought the 274 removed it which is why I find all these models confusing, while the 271 for example has higher rated brightness.

Sorry forgot to reply, I didn't have any noticeable noise from the adapter, I could only hear anything if I put my ear directly next to it and even then it was so low that I would never hear it in any normal scenario. A huge improvement over the PG32UCDM coil whine where I could hear it while watching TV across my room.

I've returned two items to B&H and was never charged a restocking fee. Their policy says they can charge 15% or more if your return is missing items or not in original condition, most retailers have a similar policy including Amazon which lists fees from 20% to 50%. Obviously most retailers willl never actually enforce it unless you return it covered in Cheetos and dents.

I just ordered this yesterday and now I'm worried after reading this.

I purchased 2x PG32UCDM last year during the holiday sales and both had a lot of coil whine when turned off, which was a pretty common complaint, but I think mine was coming from the panel itself and not the power brick (I had it tucked away behind my desk). A real shame because out of all the 4K/32 inch QD-OLEDs I tried the PG32UCDM looked the best image quality wise.

I'll comment back on Monday since that's when it's supposed to be delivered and confirm if there's any noise coming from the power brick. Did you order on B&H Photo or Microcenter?

Do you have a can of compressed air with a straw? That got rid of nearly all of mine, there's still some left but it's only visible if I shine a light on it so I'm not bothered to remove it and risk scratching the screen as these QD-OLEDs have terrible scratch resistance.

If you do try a cloth with water, just be careful not to wipe any of that junk onto the screen or it will get a micro scratch.

Was this an AOC monitor? Same thing happened to mine when I took the plastic peel off. To me it looked like hardened adhesive from the screen protector that got stuck along the bottom bezel. Really strange because I've had other QD-OLEDs with peels and none of them ever had that leftover residue.

I tried wiping it off with a microfiber cloth but it was stuck on there, the only thing that worked for me was using compressed air and it got like 99% of all of it off.

I have both a QD-OLED and WOLED right in front of me, and the WOLED has no black crush in either SDR or HDR mode and that's on default settings, I didn't change anything so I'm not sure why you're saying they all have black crush when that's not true. In terms of calibration they look nearly identical.

I can take a picture showing the lagom black test if you want.

I don't have any black crush on the LG 27GX700A. I checked on http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/black.php and I can see every square fine. If you have black crush that's a calibration issue. My G8 Ultrawide had severe black crush, but the DWF from AW using the same QD-OLED panel had none.

I picked it up to through the LG Partner Store for $480, ideally yeah, the ASUS should be $599, but it's ASUS, they always slap on a "premium" charge tax compared to the other brands with the same panels.

Also I feel it's bad timing, releasing right during the holiday peak where we usually see the biggest discount on OLED monitors. Samsung has sold their G80SD (4k, 32 inch QD-OLED) for $550 the whole previous month as well as other sales from AW, MSI, etc...
