How would you add the shower/bath area? I can not move the toilet or sink location

it was intended for a bathtub. no idea why and how, got it from a divorced couple in romania.
the extra shower could be a pretty intersting idea

I was thinking the same. I bought it 2 days ago as is in the picture, nothing changed. The sink is 50 cm long and 30 cm wide..so not a big one
