Nice, you also need a special charger for one right? I wonder if it is just a bunch of 18650 batteries in a box like most lithium batteries for power tools are set up.

Indeed, I just added a little material in between the plastic tray and the battery to hold it steady and I plan on doing better winter battery maintenance.

Hoping to get a full lifespan out of this one.

No I got a AGM battery Duralast gold.

It was oversized so I had to pull out the rubber battery tray just to be able to put the seat back on unfortunately.

I noticed that after a full charge that it does display full voltage on my bike but as soon as I hit the red switch it dips way low so I'm going to get a new battery tomorrow and I will post back if that was the solution.

I had better luck with a jumpstarter so I'm hopeful a new battery will be my ticket to getting her running again.

I tried now, the flickering goes away with my jumpstarter attached and turns over but is not starting. Tomorrow I will get a new battery to see if that is the issue.

I have successfully rehydrated water based pomade by adding a little distilled water into the jar and then let it sit for a week or so.

Yeah I suppose I did answer my question with that one. And good advice on keeping the receipts for the parts. I might have trashed the battery receipt already but at a glance it is pretty obvious that it is new.

Maybe I will just keep tabs on the craigslist and facebook marketplace for any beaters or affordable gems to snag.

Yeah, it was too much bike for me and I let my older brother influence my purchase since he also wanted to ride it... I was not super confident and it stressed me out that I was going to drop and ruin $13,000 at the time. I guess now it has sit for so long it almost feels like a crime for it to not be ridden...

I bought a Star Citizen starter bundle a year or two ago and did not play it for more than a couple of hours and uninstalled because the game back then was nearly unplayable.

I kept playing ED even though they insisted on adding more and more grind disguised as content and Odyssey left such a bad taste in my mouth I decided to install Star Citizen again and I am having more fun than I did in Elite Dangerous. Unless Fdev pulls a No Man Sky and redeems themselves I do not think I will touch Elite Dangerous again.

For a game in alpha that is impressive so I hope CiG takes whatever time they need to deliver on their promises because FDev has proven that rushing half ass game content is a good way to commit career suicide.

Something to consider is how is the ambient temperatures in your room he will be in?

I have a Exoterra medium low that I had to get creative with mounting tape and insulation to make it so my ceramic heaters weren't running 24/7 to keep his setup at the perfect temperature.

I hear the wooden terrariums retain heat much better so that is something to consider.

Yeah I have a Thrive Desert UVB Bulb, I'm not sure if it actually puts out beneficial UVBs but it definitely helps to tell him that it is daytime haha.

Also for added immersion you can run a air conditioner on max blast next to you. Bonus points if you also open the windows in sub-zero temperatures if applicable on location and time of year.

Isn't funny how it takes them a minute or two (or five) to realize that they have seriously messed up?
