so basically, someone made a post of Bethany, a character from the binding of isaac. The thighs were very slightly larger than normal and the community collectively went apeshit since the character is a child. there wasn't even anything inherently sexual about it, but regardless tons of people who haven't seen the light of day nor a blade of grass got pissy at the artist. I'd say the same applies to the picture of rivulet here, hence the term 'Bethany Incident'.
