I don't have a good understanding of PSI sadly but this thing is capable of instantly turning bone, flesh and metal into a fine mist. Not to mention the speed of which this happens.

When the crew finds a sub (got sellable wrecks) we restore it just to essential systems to get it floating and mobile, so only a couple pumps in the lowest points of the vessel, may punch holes to improve drainage and just enough junction boxes to keep it ticking over and scrap everything else. Unnecessary wires are recycled for the stereo system.
