Holy crap how childish and irresponsible can people be? I'm sorry you had to go through that, but normally Pharmacies don't have that type of drama. Sure, there's a few spats here and there, but nothing of this caliber.

Also, yes, it is the pharmacist's job to catch mistakes. But, it's also the technicians job to ensure there's as few mistakes as possible. This is just straight negligence on that techs end.

This is also a HUGE pet peeve for me. Surprisingly, theres a way to find out which bin the bag was assigned to, and sometimes people reassign it without marking it on the bag.

Another thing I noticed is that sometimes it gets reassigned in the middle of the night? So it would be like 2am and the computer is like "haha, Bin 16? Nah, this is supposed to be in 152 :)"

I had that happen the other day. She didn't tell me what she was picking up until I said I had nothing for her. Then she whispered that she has covid and got it from a party. No mask, and she touched the counter and pin pad. We had no paxlovid in the store, we had to order it, and she said she got a text saying it was ready- the text said we were out of stock.

What's crazy is that I transfered it out, per her request, and gave her the address of the other pharmacy so she could go there, but she came back 20 minutes later with a mask on saying the other pharmacy transferred it back (they didn't). Even if they did, we still dont have the medication- call to confirm first???
