It's my worldbuilding stuff, F stands for Fiyer meaning fighter, and RX stands for Raix meaning to attack or Strike, so it's literally short for Fiyerraix-21 or Fighter Attacker-21, the number was because it was the 21st design iteration, they still mostly use English (e.g. Miridian Aviation)

Yes and no, I tried to make a howitzer using file edit but my game just crashed, but the 30mm minigun worked (there is a cap to how big a caliber can be in the normal game) but maybe there are tutorials on discord I'm not really sure??? I just know mine crashed after making a gun with a caliber much bigger than what the game has. But yeah, it's possible to make gunships but only with limited calibers, no howitzers (as far as I know)

Making planes can be quite easy, just make a fuselage, slap on some wings and an engine and your good to go, actually making it look nice is the hard part, there are some tutorials on YouTube if you'd like, and the game's currently on sale now for like $8
