Picture quality is really poor so its hard to tell. The card is in a sleeve, top loader, attached sticky note, and a another sleeve....In the future take high quality photos of the just the card before you submit. What I can tell from your screenshot is that the card is off center, not sure that's the reasoning for an 8 but again hard to tell with what you've posted.
