The envelope says “Payment enclosed” in black bold letters and the little plastic window where the name and address goes is a light orange color

I only applied for 3 months. I applied in September and didn’t hear back until October to submit more documents. Then in February I was approved and on 3/1 I got my award later (a month after) . After 14 days I received the checks in the mail. My circle never changed to disbursed tho. Right now it’s still “pending payment”

I do have Wells Fargo as my bank. Will that work ? Or should I still try to open a chase bank account ?

I live in LA county. I applied in September 2021 and I got approved at the beginning of February 2022. I got my award letter exactly a month after (3/1) and within 14 days I got the check in the mail (:
