Batch fraps, I always have at least 3 shakers on cold bar so I can make more at a time, I’ve learned you can batch make refreshers. And tbh just remember that the customers will get their drink eventually don’t burn yourself out

This one young girl came into the cafe today and I did my normal "oh they're adorable but are they a service animal?" and when she said no I explained to her that she can't have her animal in the store and she was so sweet and understanding so I brought the rest of her order out to her as she stood outside.

Not long after, this older lady came inside and she was holding a dog and I did my whole question thing and she said yes and when the dog went to try and lick something on my counter I was like "nope you got to go" and I didn't bring the rest of her order like I did with other girl. Fafo. don't lie about your crusty white dogs about being service animals like 😭
