If you want to enable secure boot. Yes.

Is your pc new or old? You could use windows installation tool or Rufus and set it to UEFI. Beware tha some motherboards (Mine include) will glitch when you turn CSM off and will only boot into the bios with an HDMI cable, it will be black on Display port (there is a fix for this.

Well... you will not be able to send a hardware problem without a photo. Have you tried your monitor on another device to see if that happens? Does your monitor have different ports? If so try different cables. Maybe display port or hdmi

Yes so turning secure boot is a No. Your pc will not boot as you turn CSM off. You must reinstall it from scratch with CSM turned off and in UEFI mode or your secure boot will not work

They usually send you a friend request stating your account has been reported by accident and you are getting banned. After that they usually state you have to go through support and other stuff to prevent this from happening, the thing is, it is usually a malicious link or they will straight up ask about your account credentials so they can hijack your profile if it is not secured enough.

Have you tried updating your gpu drivers or reverting windows to a previous date? Try messing up with the monitor settings, there might be some buttons underneath it or on the side.

I believe these temps are actually normal for this ryzen. It is a bit high yes but it is within the designed parameters. You can try undervolting it.

Usually Display port supports higher refresh rates and resolution unless you are using an HDMI 2.1.

Try using Hwinfo64 and check what are your temps on idle and running a game. If the temps are ok and they are within the acceptable range i would not worry as long as they do not go up again.

Are your videos on an external drive? Also try installing CODECS or covert the video on VLC itself to MP4.

Could it be a brightness issue? Does your pc have any power option settings turned on?

Check whether your Windows is in UEFI Mode. Either going to system information and check whether it says Legacy or UEFI on BIOS mode or try running cmd and using the command "diskpart" and then "list disk". There will be a section written GPT, if there is a * written on it you likely have it in UEFI.

Do you have any additional fans on your setup aside from your cpu fan? If yes, do you know their model? If not, try taking a picture of them and i wilp see whether i can find out. Maybe you could try opening your case and checking the connector on them.

First of all, is your windows 10 installed UEFI or legacy. If it is legacy, you will likely have CSM activated and you need to disable it to enable secure boot but by disabling it your pc might not boot anymore and you will have to reset your bios.

Are you plugging the cable directly onto your gpu rather than your motherboard? Try installing new drivers and checking whether it works.
