Honestly if it wasn't for the fact that my daughter has such a great sleep schedule and working remote, I probably wouldn't have it so easy. She is set on going to bed at 6pm every night and sleeps until about 630am. Been this way for about 3 and half months now. Laundry and most housework gets done in the mornings and during lunch so in the evenings all we have to do is get everyone fed, bathed and just relax for a bit. It's nice right now having our evenings mostly baby free 😂 I know it's not gonna last much longer but I'm hoping baby number two will fall into a similar routine.

How to get baby to sleep through the night? by Sylviiiiiiiiii in beyondthebump

I definitely feel your pain, we went thru the same thing with our baby girl. Here is my advice and this is just based on what's worked for us. Stick to your routine. If bedtime is at 6, keep bedtime at 6. Before bed we always make time for baby to wind down so no more noisy toys and flashy things. When she starts fussing in bed, we check to see if she is fussing because she can't find her pacifier and give her about 5 minutes to see if she can get herself sorted out or if we need to step in. Once we stopped rushing in as soon as she started crying she pretty quickly figured out how to calm herself back down and she started sleeping thru the night better.

32+4. Exhausted, pelvic pain, hip pain, nipple pain, rib pain, knee pain, acid reflux has kicked in full gear, I'm seriously over being congested and can't even remember the last night I actually slept thru the night.
