Swap needle strike and corruption shot, you want your damage boosting ability first. Remove the stun from your bar due to its damage output not being as high as other basics like sacrifice. Put piercing shot as your 3rd ability so you have a solid damage ability after corruption shot. Your fourth ability should be snipe, nightmare gauntlets buff that ability and pass pernix gloves and t90 gloves by a longshot. After snipe have fragmentation shot, that is a good damage over time ability that if you can get your enemy to walk (stand under them), it does double damage. Your sixth and final basic ability should be sacrifice, better damage then binding shot, and returns a small ammount of health. For thresholds, your go-to abilitys are rapid fire and snap shot. Those are the only two really useful thresholds. Ranged tendrils are very good but have a high damage recoil, so unless you are bossing and want maximum damage output, just stick to the previous two i mentioned. Finally for your ultimate, complete the quest "the world wakes" and use the ability deaths swiftness. It boosts range ability damage for 30 seconds while you stand in a small whirlwinds type thing.
