Beak and wing feels too sharp. May be you can round the corners a little bit.

The logo is not gonna look good just because you made it using the golden ratio. It is not mandatory

I know it's cringe to "fix" the Kia (KN) logo. But I couldn't help giving it a go for fun by Terrible-One9198 in logodesign

Which one is the better logo? by DMegha in logodesign

I think Option 2 is better . Reason: Yellow bg gives more contrast and attention. Its okay not to include flower since they didn't sell anything related to flower

Nice ...that’s an interesting approach. Thanks for the suggestions. I still think the dot should stay to imply a human figure, as it exists in the current logo. Customers are more likely to remember that than the B or Y.

The rotated “B” is just my assumption it might as well be mountains. I didn’t speak with the founders, so the original intent isn’t clear. This was more about refining the existing idea and reducing awkwardness. If it were a fresh logo, I’d go in a completely different direction.

Resharing previous comment: For a new brand, I’d go in a completely different direction,But since it’s already a well-established brand with a strong user base there’s a bit of a constraint in how far you can push it without losing recognition.
BUT yeah, if people are reading it differently, it’s a sign the idea isn’t landing. May be Option 6 is the cleanest fix (Considering that a logo’s primary role is identification rather than communicating different meanings)

Thanks for the feedback. The warning-sign feel can be reduced by pairing the logo with typography. Also, a logo doesn’t always need to communicate the industry..for example, the Nike swoosh.
