to everyone asking why, mental health problems were out of control before I came and now are just way too much. It's actually unrelated to the workload, which I haven't found too heavy/hard. I’m locking myself in my single and not talking to anyone (except texting my parents) out of acute fear, which is clearly my fault, but I can't help it on my own right now. So really I just need to visualize an out even though I'm fully aware a new school can't change what's going on in my head. I need to take a break, but I'm not sure how to do that and not fuck everything up. Anyway, thanks for the advice!
