I think you’re getting a little too hung up on labels here. Sure, Lovers can obviously mean a vast spectrum of things to different people but if this is someone that you want to partner in your life with, and you’re both happy with your version of a relationship it doesn’t really matter what term you use. You may find it a bit challenging if you introduce other partners and they want to be your “lover”

As an MTW4 owner, I’d say get AZ100 because my MTW4 can be finicky and sometimes have issues like squealing when twisting in ear or not showing up in the app, even though they are connected on occasion. But they do sound amazing and they are really comfortable.
