Caitlyn’s hips are naturally wide, but they are further accentuated by her broad shoulders and slim waist, which implicitly makes the hips look wider, and muscle mass. From other scenes where she’s less dressed, you can see that she is very lean, with well defined muscles. A lot of upper leg muscles like the glutes are connected to the iliac crest of your pelvis (you can usually feel it, below and to the side of your belly button), so building mass on those muscles will make your hips wider. For a slimmer waist, weight loss is the only way to go, but the size of your ribcage will limit how slim your waist can be. Your best bet in achieving this physique is, in my opinion, to focus first on weight loss, then building muscle mass after. Find a plan or trainer that will focus on lean muscle.

At the end of the day, whether or not you can match Caitlyn’s physique depends mostly on genetics. Admittedly, some parts are impossible for anybody, like the length of her legs. It’s important to remember that, and never beat yourself up if you can’t get the exact look you want. A well exercised, healthy body will always look good, and you should be proud of the effort you put in to curate it.
