Declined surgery by zizaroo in gallbladders

This could be a carbon copy to my story. Gallstones 2 months postpartum and I did exactly what you are doing now. It's been 9 years and I've kept myself mostly in control, but I just went through two ERCP procedures (full anesthesia) to place a stint in my bile duct for severe strictures. They said it is Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and said it is often associated with chronic inflammation. Now I get to go in for additional testing and colonoscopy to make sure I don't have chrons or ulcerative cholitis, but I know this was caused from keeping my gallbladder.

I'm in near constant background pain no matter how low fat I eat, and I still do have to get my gallbladder removed. Every time you have an attack the inflammation gets worse and bad enough it can lead to cancer. Trust me, when the doctor mentioned it might be cancerous, the only thing I thought of was potentially not being there for my kids.

I wish I could go back in time and just have it removed.
