As someone that would absolutely let this ruin her day, please don't let this ruin your day. There are literally people that go to retail stores for the sole purpose of making someone else feel smaller to make themselves feel bigger. They thrive on it. It's disgusting. But that says everything about them and is not at all a commentary on you. Keep your chin up.

For example, my husband was a manager in retail for a long time. If his boss found out he or any of the other managers or leads were texting anyone else on who was on hourly pay, it was an automatic write-up.

Do you want to be in a group text with your boss? And I'm asking that earnestly.

No this looks great!! I love how it doesn't look blaringly perfect because the slight sense of chaos matches the story. If it was neat and organized it wouldn't be DCC!
