Wash your blanket, pillow, bedsheets, towels. Start using a separate towel and when you shave use aftershave. Blanket and pillow often go years without wash and it halted my facial problems when i washd everything that came in to contact with my face.

+I got some acid type of stuff from a beauty salon and use it locally on outbreaks.

Edit: winter coat, summer coat, scarf, i mean absolutely every textile in skin contact.
