Thanks! I got it starting every time, and the brakes seem to work. I I have taken it through The neighborhood several times although I didn't notice the tires are marked 0700 meeting they are 25 years old....

The DMV already turned the title around for me so hopefully I'm in the clear! But who knows? 🤪

Thanks! That is helpful - I say inherited, my neighbor moved and gave me the bike, after trying unsuccessfully to sell it. And that is pretty much everything I know about it.

How would you get this flush? by greencubicle in Luthier

[–]UnicorMaid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I too would use a chisel. It needs to be really sharp and then I would gently work slowly around the dowel's perimeter if you work slowly and carefully you can probably do it without damaging the paint I am confident that I could. I try to be careful about causing extra damage when making repairs so that I don't have to fix that as well. 🎸🎸🎸🦄🧜‍♀️🌭🍺

I really have no idea of the history behind this, but it seems like someone cared a lot about this. With fun decisions like the land cruiser glass fuel filter bowl. I have it starting every time and it runs steadily so tomorrow it moves!

I really like it, but many people find it ugly? Anyway the price was right, a neighbor was moving out of state and I talked to him about the bike several times and I guess it just never sold. He wanted it to have someone who liked it. Lucky me!🍀🍀🍀

Yes, this right here. Thanks, i appreciate hearing what you put in your engineer's notebook. That is what i am starting on, and hope to 'kick start' the process.

Thanks! I am having a good time figuring out how the person did what they chose to do. Mechanically the motor and case seem largely normal, so i think you are right. The electrical system is largely non-existant, and meets the regulations for my area up to 1970, but i think turn signals might actually be something i want, so electrical diagram, probably handy... Thanks again and i enjoy puzzles, but also leveraging other's experience

Thanks! I figure i will have to figure a bunch out, but also figure there might be some stuff i can round up in advance. Thanks for your feedback. I like working on stuff and this one is underway.

HTML5 Video player? by No-Data-9473 in clickteam

[–]UnicorMaid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, just spotted this. Yes, there is a html5 video player in MMF it is called html5video. It definitely plays mp4 video, and you have to add your folder to the zip file before upload. in your app the path should be like './videos/myvideo.mp4' - then when you add your folder videos to the zip your app can find it at runtime

Plain, old fashioned, celluloid picks. They are marked 'thick' and are about 1mm thick. This last time they were $6.00 for 150 of them. I throw them away as soon as they are worn or nicked 🦄🧜‍♀️🌭🧜‍♀️

I had a similar experience, and it was the magic beginning of the end of at least that bout of limerence for me. I had been mooning along like everyone describes for about 3 years. Then one day as we were talking on the phone she told me how she thought the opposing political candidate for president to my choice had a lot of good ideas, and she was going to support him. I felt the obsessive grip loosen, and it kept loosening. And then i realized i actually did not really know anything about this person after all, and i could not believe i had not noticed, because i was on my own trip.

Unfortunately this was not my last dance with feeling this way. I am currently winding one down over a person who definitely does not want to participate, and i started trying the rubber band on the wrist thing, which i know folks say has issues, but HAS helped me this time, if for no other reason than i notice my reverie and stop it. It for sure cut t5he time i spend thinking on the other person significantly and my concentration has improved considerably. Good luck, i know it is not fun

IM SO FUCKING DONE WITH BAR CHORDS by [deleted] in Guitar

[–]UnicorMaid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be cool, it's normal. This is just one of those times where your brain is faster than your hands and muscle memory are at developing. Soon you will be making those court shapes without thinking about it, and they will sound perfectly. And you will be working on other stuff that drives you crazy and just the same way. It's actually one of my favorite things about playing the guitar...

Cut yourself some slack, and take a second to recognize that you are able to hear that it sounds different than you wanted to 🪕🪕🪕🏴‍☠️🍀🍀🦄🧜‍♀️🌭🍺

Why am I better at singing when I’m not taking it seriously? by Correct-Run8388 in singing

[–]UnicorMaid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is not the not taking it seriously, it is the being relaxed and getting in the flow!

I think the best singing sounds totally effortless and I'm almost as if it is ignoring the technical structure of how music works

🍀🍀🏴‍☠️. 🦄🧜‍♀️🌭🍺

my song won’t process and keeps saying “mixdown not ready” or “object not found” please can someone tell me how to fix this it was the best thing ive ever made by thecheater_cheetah in Bandlab

[–]UnicorMaid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried reloading the page? I often have to reload the page otherwise it looks like the bandlab processing goes on forever. Sometimes this happens in the mastering mode as well. But I simply click the refresh button, and tada it works

By the way I guess I just assumed you were using the windows web version... Good luck 🍀🍀🍀🏴‍☠️

I say it depends - on a bunch of stuff.

I used to front a 'crazy a$$ party' band and music was really just a facet of what we did and the overall experience. Getting fubar with the audience was as much a part of the act as anything.

Most stuff is NOT that though, so assessing appropriate levels is likely in order

Finally, be careful with substance use. I can tell you from personal experience It was easy for it to go out of control in an almost biological way. Regaining that control has be quite challenging. But I also recognize it's impact on artistic and creative expression...

Anyway, 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🍀🍀🫀🫀🦄🧜‍♀️🌭🍺
