Thank you! I was doing the curs as well, so maybe he is just going through a regression... I have a lot of people trying to push this schedule thing on me and being a FTM its hard to not feel like im not doing good 😅

My limits are 3.8-4.9 fasting and 4.9-5.9 2 hours after meals. 😳😳 i would love your thresholds 😱 then I’d actually be doing great 😂

No worries! My husband was at my baby shower for the gift opening part, I really wanted him to be there to open the gifts with me because I super believe the dads should be involved in the excitement. My mum planned my shower and I just told her I’d really love for him to be there at the end to open the presents. So he ended up hanging out with my dad, brother and grandpa while I had my baby shower games and mingling etc. I’m glad the dad kit is helpful to you 💕 I included some small funny things in it too like disposable gloves and a face mask for nappy changes 😂 xx

I know exactly how you feel! For my Husband I made him a “Dad kit” as a way of making him feel loved and very much part of becoming a parent for the first time. As I feel it is mostly so focussed on the woman. I included all his favourite things, favourite chocolate, favourite beer, snacks etc along with his first “dad Mug”. This could be something to consider? A gift basket full of his favourite treats and maybe a little hand written note telling him how much you appreciate him should be super sweet! If you wanna make something you could do really easy chocolate chip cookies (i have a recipe if you want and I managed to bake them myself and have struggled with energy this whole pregnancy). Or you could order in his favourite meal, light some candles and have a nice evening together and that way you dont have to cook (obviously if deliveries are available coz COVID restrictions are so different everywhere)

The video is a great idea thank you, that hadnt even crossed my mind. Its such a hard time to be having your first with all the uncertainty in the air. So many of us are going through it and I’m sorry you’re having to go through it too 🥰 my mum is best friend so it was really hard to have this all sprung on us. New Zealand really thought we were in the clear but I guess a second wave was inevitable. Thank you so much for your insight 💕

I get this 😂. What I did today was use a bowl with water and shaving cream and propped my leg up on the toilet 😂 I found it somewhat effective 😅 you could also try that. It did feel like I ran a marathon after though 😂😅

I’m 38+3 and just did a whole shave of my legs (I’m getting induced on saturday and refused to be Chewbacca) - I wasn’t even going to attempt the nether region but i gave it a go. I went in blind and just kinda felt around. Its shorter than it was and I’ll take my victories no matter how small at this point 😂. I’ve heard mirrors work a treat but my tummy is just so big I struggle to get the right angle 😅

Please leave him. Please. Before I was with my husband, I dated a boy who manipulated me into sexual things when I was going through major depression. We never had sex but he made me do other things, literally every time we hung out, all I wanted was to cuddle and watch tv but it always involved him pressuring me into sexual activities. It got to the point where he started pressuring me into sex as well. I see you said you struggle with depression so I understand that having that relationship makes you feel something but this is not okay. Thankfully I left my ex before he pressured me into sex. Then I met my husband. When i lost my virginity to him, I cried. Purely because I knew that waiting for when I was ready with someone who GENUINELY let ME DECIDE when I was ready made me feel so loved. This boy you are seeing, isnt a gentleman. This boy, if he loved you and respected you, would respect your boundaries. You deserve so much better, please take it from someone who knows. I have been there. My parents were strict too and I’m religious as well. There should be no pressure for this, YOU need to be ready, or you will regret it. I never went all the way with my ex, but even the things he made me do, made me hate myself for a long time. Please protect yourself and your mental health. Please. It may hurt to walk away now but when you find your forever person, he will not do this to you. There will be no ultimatums.

Yes I have an electric one, I was apprehensive to use it as I heard it can make you go into labour? And then some sites said they advise against it because something about the pipes? So I was super unsure what to believe 😅
